Sick of eating ground beef?
This is such an easy, cheap recipe! .
My housemate introduced me to it. Not sure if she made it up herself or found it online.
Tuna(or chicken) sticks:
1 can of tuna(or chicken)
1 large egg(or 2 smalls)
1 cup of shredded cheddar
Dash of salt, cayenne, paprika and garlic powder

Dip:
1/3 cup sour cream
Tsp Pickle juice
Pinch of dill, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, salt
.
Mix strip ingredients in a bowl.
Form into 1/4" strips and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Let them cool for 3 - 5mins, dip and enjoy 😋

Did the math and this meal cost me roughly $4(I ate a stick before I took the picture 🤭)
And about 46 gms of protein!
